The Plan of Salvation as Taught to Our Missionaries

From July 1990 to July 1993 I was president of the Kentucky Louisville Mission – During this time our Prophet, President Ezra Taft Benson, focused the Church on the Book of Mormon and how it teaches the plan of salvation.  I tried to do the same with our missionaries.  Near the end of our mission my message to our missionaries in our monthly publication “The Iron Rod” was entitled The Plan.  This message is reprinted below, and this lesson will be followed by an Outline of the Plan of Salvation next week.
